This week the informal leaders learn kinds of behavior in crisis situation and practice decision making skills in such circumstances.

Iryna – a trainer
Iryna Simonova, the Head of the Chernihiv Region Youth Center, takes part in conducting the Prevention Program, “Choice: Youth Empowerment”, at the premises of the Center.

What We Know on Drugs
The session, “What We Know on Drugs” is being conducted this week for participants of the project “Informal School Leader”. Penitentiary Academy cadets help the eighth-graders to analyze advantages and disadvantages of drugs.
Responsible Choice
This week participants of the Project learned the theme, “Responsible Choice”, and practiced making important decisions. The tea and candy helped the process of learning:)
Gender Relations
At the Session #8 the participants discussed specifics of gender relations in family, collective and society.
Solving Conflicts
30 October 2018. The session, “Friends: Solving Conflicts” was conducted within the project “Informal School Leader”.
Equipment from the Embassy
On 26 October 2018 the USA Embassy in Ukraine rewarded with notebooks, “Dell”, Chernihiv School #18 and Gymnasium #31. The Center for Children received a multimedia projector, “Acer” and the Chernihiv Region Youth Center was awarded with a notebook “ASUS” and a projector, “Epson”. Those are the organizations that host “Informal School Leader” project.
Center for work with children
The trainer Katerina Bilogur, the social teacher for school #30, and the project psychologist Oleh Halepa, a deputy head of the Railway Lyceum, have been implementing the prevention program, “Choice: Youth Empowerment” on the ground of the Center for Work with Children. So far they conducted seven program sessions.
