The micro project was successfully implemented by the “Choice-5” team of Izmail Lyceum No. 16 with a gymnasium and a primary school of the Izmail district of Odesa region. When a child is at school, he experiences many stressful factors: a large number of children in the classroom, a busy schedule, a lot of informational material, the need to constantly obey the demands of teachers, a low level of self-regulation due to his life experience. Therefore, there is a need to create a psychological relief corner, where children can relieve psycho-emotional tension, fatigue, aggressiveness and improve their mood.
Results – with the help of the created zone of psychological relief, children now get the opportunity to develop and harmonize their psychological state in a specially organized space, learn to relieve tension, release excess energy in order to continue their studies with renewed strength.
